Denise has over 30 years’ experience as a physio in neurological rehabilitation, health promotion, system planning, building collaborative relationships, and co-developing rehabilitation programs. She is a strong advocate for northern clinicians and clients, building local capacity and reducing geographical barriers with the appropriate use of technology (or hybrid).

Katie is currently working in the field of patient safety and quality improvement with a focus on addressing anti-Indigenous racism. Her clinical experience has been in the public sector in Northern Ontario and her First Nation community in Southwestern Ontario.
